The same money goes twice as far every month.

£3.99 buys 2 stories once — or 4 every month. £6.99 buys 5 once — or 10 every month. The packs are there for trying it out, or topping up.

For scale: a personalised printed storybook is typically £20 or more, for one story that never changes. Storytime is £5.99 a month for seven new ones, each with your child in it.

Questions parents actually ask

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, from your account, in a couple of taps — no phone call, no notice period. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.

What happens to our stories if I cancel?

Your library stays in your account. Playback of subscription stories pauses when the paid month ends and comes back if you resubscribe. Stories made from a pack keep playing for twelve months from the day they were made, whether or not you ever subscribe.

Is this safe for my child to listen to?

Stories are written to the age band you give us and checked before they reach you. These are AI-generated audio stories and we say so on every page — but there is no chatbot here: nothing talks back, your child never signs in, and you can listen to every story before they do. More on safety.

What do you know about my child?

A first name or nickname and an age band. Never a date of birth, never a photograph, never a school. Nothing is shared — there is no gallery and no feed. The privacy notice sets it all out.

Can I use one account for two or three children?

Yes. Add each child once and reuse them — a story can star one child or several together, and pets too. Plans and packs are per household, not per child.

Why will my bank statement say ONELINK and COGNIFORCE?

Payments are handled for us by Onelink, so your card statement shows the words ONELINK and COGNIFORCE rather than Fablebee. It is the same purchase — your receipt comes from Onelink and names Fablebee.

What if a story goes wrong?

If a story does not finish, its credit is normally returned to your account automatically and you simply make another. Anything else, email help@fablebee.com — a real person answers within two UK working days.

The small print, kept short

  • Every length is included. A twenty-five minute story counts the same as a three minute one, on every plan and every pack.
  • Plan stories do not roll over. They refresh on your billing date each month. Stories you buy in a pack never expire.
  • Cancel whenever you like, from your account. Your library stays; playback stops at the end of the month you have paid for — except for stories made from a pack, which play for twelve months from the day they were made.
  • Prices include VAT and are in pounds. If you are paying from another country, your bank converts at the time.
  • Payments are handled by Onelink, who send your receipt — so your statement shows the words ONELINK and COGNIFORCE rather than Fablebee.
